This girl thought so and asked for it to be taken totally off the picture; we're not sure why a glass that's just resting on the table in front of you would make you look clumsy. The glass was taken out, but in the second picture she doesn't really look any less awkward. She most certainly spilt her drink. The picture on the right shows even her arm damp.
This poor lad has to pick up the distinction between a foreground and a background. Since he is also in the backdrop, he requested the "guy in the background" to be taken out—pretty much meaning himself. He thus obtained this. He was taken out; his arms and hands were the only things left. Kind very eerie, you can even see his bones protruding.
